Your event is the workspace.
EventWerks makes each event an AI-native workspace. It ingests everything from the tools you already run on, registration, email, project management, exhibits, housing, and gives organizers one surface, with an AI Daily Brief every morning.
How EventWerks works
A guided wizard walks you from event details to launch, attaching your data, email, and PM tools step by step.
M365, Monday, Cvent, Mailchimp, Map Your Show: 141 connectors, each native via MCP or API, or by import.
Every morning the AI Daily Brief reads across all connected sources, with every insight attributed to the tool it came from.

What is EventWerks?
An AI-native workspace for a single event: it connects the tools an organizer already runs on (registration, email, project management, exhibits, housing) into one surface, and synthesizes an AI Daily Brief every morning.
Which tools does it connect to?
141 event-industry connectors, including M365, Monday, Cvent, Mailchimp, and Map Your Show, each native via MCP or API, or by import. Browse them in the connector marketplace inside the app.
How is it priced?
Per event, in three tiers: Starter ($0) for a single event workspace with 3 connectors and the Daily Brief; Team ($199) for unlimited connectors and the full task board; and Production (contact us) for multi-event, custom-connector needs.
Do we have to move off our current tools?
No. EventWerks is built to sit on top of the stack your production already runs, not replace it. It reads from your connected tools and rolls everything up into the Daily Brief and shared task list.
How do we get started?
Create your event through the guided wizard, connect the tools it already runs on, and read your first Daily Brief the next morning. Use the contact form below to talk to us about your event.
